North Las Vegas Industrial District, Las Vegas
The valley's freight, warehouse and manufacturing hub
The North Las Vegas industrial district is the Las Vegas Valley's principal freight, warehousing and manufacturing area, spread along the I-15 corridor in the northern part of the city. It holds distribution centers, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants and the supporting truck and industrial services that keep the region supplied.
History & Local Character
The district grew from the city's early industrial land near the former Basic Magnesium area and expanded dramatically with the I-15 corridor's development as a freight route between Southern California and the Mountain West. Warehousing and logistics construction has continued steadily as the region's population has grown.

Parks & Recreation
There is no park land within the industrial district, with Craig Ranch Regional Park and the Tule Springs area providing nearby open space for residents of the surrounding neighborhoods.
