Inspirada is a master-planned community in south Henderson, begun in the late 2000s and organized around an unusually large network of parks, sport courts and walking trails. It was planned with a network of neighborhood parks and connected paths as its defining feature rather than as an afterthought.
History & Local Character
Inspirada was launched after the housing downturn with a design emphasis on walkability and open space, and its build-out continued through the 2010s and 2020s. Several parks and a linear trail network were completed early, giving the community its unusually green character for the valley.
